The Pyrenees is where the 2012 Tour will sort out the top GC contenders, with a lot of impressive mountain stages. So that we can give all levels of cycling fans an opportunity to have VIP experiences at the Tour de France, we are offering different riding level tours. Those who ride seriously, those who ride a lot but for fun, and those who love the sport but don't ride much!
This cycling offer is for those who ride 160km+ per week and want to ride a lot while getting some VIP treatment to see the race with fantastic access. Therefore, we include privileged VIP Access to the race on several days during this trip and with our professional guides, you will have other unique and professional experiences that only our French guides can deliver!

Day 1-July 14: Arrival Day in Toulouse. Tour stage St Paul-Cap d'Agde, 215km.
Toulouse is a large city with an international airport and high speed train connections. We will meet in the late afternoon, 4pm, at our hotel for a welcome meeting and start the bike set up. Our hotel is the luxurious Grand Opera in the center of Toulouse and close to many sites. We'll have dinner together in the city tonight and get to know one another better. (D)

July 15, Tour stage Limoux to Foix, 192km. We'll get this tour started with a nice 90km ride with some challenging hills. From Toulouse we'll go out of the city by van to St Girons where we can get the bikes down and take on some of the routes often used in the Tour. The col du Portet d'Aspet (18km at 3.1%) and then the col de Mente (10.9km at 6.6%). Finish the ride back at our new hotel near St Gaudens, and excellent 3 star hotel in the countryside. (B,L)

July 16; Tour stage Samatan to Pau, 160km. VIP Day - Samatan departure! We'll travel by vans to the Tour departure in Samatan where we have VIP parking and access to the Village de l'Etape where Tour officials, sponsors, former pros, and other personalities gather to have breakfast, do business, meet, and in some cases where the current pro riders can meet their families or do interviews. Get some autographs if you can! After, we roll out on bikes and put in a nice rolling ride back to the hotel - around 80km - and back to see the stage finish on TV. Dinner on your own tonight. (B,L)

July 17; Tour on rest day. After a good breakfast we'll take the vans to the town of Argeles sur Gazost (1.5hrs drive) where we will start the long ride to the Tourmalet! Going up the longer side the climbing starts gradual gets very tough over the last 18km. (35km at 4.7%, up to 13% at times); then down past La Mongie and up to the Col d'Aspin (12.8km at 5%) then return by van to the hotel and dinner on your own. Additional riding from the hotel on your own possible. (B,L)

July 18; Tour stage Pau to Bagneres de Luchon, 197km. After breakfast we plan a moderate ride with a good climb in order to make our VIP access this afternoon. We'll go by van from the hotel to the Aspet and set off in the direction of col des Ares (6.7km at 5%) which is on the Tour route coming up tomorrow. After a lunch, we go by van to the finish of the Tour stage in Bagneres de Luchon. We have an exceptional experience at the stage finish line complete with snacks, drinks, and viewing that very few get to experience! The Izoard Bus experience puts you at the finish line in a closed area except for VIP's, media, and Tour officials and of course authorized team personnel. We have preferred parking and can have the time to change into comfortable clothes to follow the action as it approaches the line. Possibility to meet with media from your country and have the best view of line which on this day will include an exciting finish after a lot of climbing. Dinner included tonight, we return by van to the hotel following the stage. (B,L,D)

July 19; Tour stage Bagneres de Luchon to Peyragudes, 144km. VIP Day - Ride across the finish line and go on the podium! Today will be an experience you will never forget! A tough ride and your own finish on the climb to Peyragudes under the finish line banner and your photo on the Podium! Our guides will be on the course with our vehicles and on bike to help everyone across. Your ride will include a climb on the Port de Bales (19km at 6.3%), the col de Peyresourde (15.2km at 6%) and the final climb up to the ski station of Peyragudes. About 50km, but several hours climbing and an important rendezvous for our VIP ride. Dinner together on our last night! (B,L,D)

July 20, Tour stage Blagnac-Brive, 215km. Departure day. Return to Toulouse where you can get a train or flight out of France; do not plan to arrive before 1pm. See Options if you wish to continue to Paris. (B)
Paris Options : Paris Options We are offering seats in Paris with or without hotels. We do also have a program that starts in Chartres today that includes the individual time trial and Paris finish. If interested, ask us for info on the conditions to join that group.
