2012 INFO COMING SOON. Below is shown 2011 tour detail.
The opening week of the Tour includes the exciting Team Time Trial in 2011, and we intend to have you close by to watch the action!
The Tour takes no prisoners with an opening stage of 191 kilometres and the following day is the team time trial where you will be for VIP Access! From there its on into Brittany along the wild coast and then inland toward the beautiful town of St Malo and historic Dinan! We put you in the region to enjoy some wonderful Bretagne culture which is a very unique way of life in France with roots far back to Celtic culture. This tour is to follow the Tour de France, but also offer time to explore the historic city of Nantes and St Malo, where we stay - just near to the Mont St Michel! This is a NON-cycling offer and open to all, but all participants need to be independently mobile to walk some kilometers and move through crowds. This trip does include Tour VIP Access to the race and your guides will expertly take you to the stages to get a great view and experience the ambiance of the Tour. More details will come to round out the itinerary and details below. Please send questions and plan to book early; these are small groups in 2011, meant for a select few and they won't last very long.

July 3: Team Time Trial -VIP DAY - Izoard Bus! - after breakfast, your guides will get you organized to go to Les Essarts in the Vendee south of the Brittany region. Your VIP experience includes the finish line viewing and since this is a short time trial, the stage will be very short. In fact, this year's TTT will be very fast as the teams only have to cover 23km and the speed could lead to some difficulty for teams that don't manage it. The finish will have all the teams coming across 1x1 for multiple finishes! Sit back, have some snacks, champagne, and enjoy a remarkable stage finish! The Izoard Bus experience puts you at the finish line in a closed area except for VIP's, media, and Tour officials and of course authorized team personnel. Possibility to meet with media from your country and have the best view. Return to La Baule afterward; dinner on your own. (B,L)
