The opening week of the Tour in 2012 starts in the cycling crazy country of Belgium - the cradle of cycling and hot bed of fans!
The 2012 Tour de France opens with a traditional prologue again this year which is a prestigious stage to win, and in Belgium, the crowd and ambiance will be thrilling! We are offering VIP access to 2 of the opening week stages, mentioned below, for you to enjoy at your leisure in the format you can arrange on your own.
This includes Tour VIP Access to these 2 stages only. There is no onsite support, you are purchasing access to these events only. See details in the tab sections below; - read what these special event days are about:
Special VIP Stages included in THIS TOUR :
Bus Izoard - July 1st - enjoy a private access area at the finish line in Seraing where you viewpoint will allow you to enjoy snacks and champagne in calm while following the Tour on private screen TVs, until it arrives to pass directly in front of you!
Village de l'Etape - July 3 - hang out with former pros, media, and tour officials and team personnel prior to the stage; great photo opps and casual, exclusive ambiance.

Pre Tour Open Prologue VIP Day Tour Stage VIP Day
June 29: Pre Tour - Opening Ceremonies You may wish to arrive today and get to the opening events, in advance of the Prologue tomorrow.
June 30: TDF: Prologue in Liege You are on your own to enjoy this opening day; a short but prestigious stage to win, the Prologue will set the tone for the first week of racing!
July 1:TDF: Liege-Seraing, 198km VIP Day - you will be at the finish line of this stage in the Izoard Bus, placed along the finish line and with limited exclusive access. You are on your own to arrive in Seraing, and to make your way to the finish line. We recommend arriving in Seraing by noon in order to take your time, have a lunch on your own, and enjoy all the ambiance of the stage. You are free to depart on your own after the stage finish and podium awards.
July 2: TDF: Vise-Tournai, 207km. If you have the means, you can go to visit some of this stage today. Or, do some brewery visits and catch the stage on on TV!
July 3: VIP Day TDF: Orchies-Boulogne sur Mer, 197km Today the Tour stage begins in Orchies where you will have a chance to enter the Village de l'Etape with other VIP's prior to the stage start. See the pro's sign in and line up, and have fun browsing the Village area and spotting Tour celebrities and past/current pro's. After the race stage begins, you are free to depart on your own. We are available to book onward hotels, tours, and services with advance notice. End of services.
